Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Every resin piece requires careful pouring, curing, and polishing. Standard catalog items take 3-5 business days to process before shipping. Custom commissions and bridal preservation take 3-5 weeks depending on the complexity of the piece and the curing time required for the flowers.

Delivery Estimates

We ship across India using trusted logistics partners. Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email and can also track the status in your Account dashboard.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹2000 within India. For orders below this amount, a flat rate shipping fee of ₹150 applies.

Returns & Refunds

Standard Products

We accept returns on standard catalog products within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Custom and Personalized Items

Due to the highly personalized nature of custom commissions, floral preservations, and customized nameplates/clocks, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the casting process has begun.All custom sales are final. We ensure constant communication during the design phase to make sure you are happy with the layout before resin is poured.

Damaged in Transit

We package our resin art with extreme care using heavy-duty foam and protective layers. However, if your piece arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@craftopeea.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
