1. Handmade Nature of Products

Every piece created by Craftopeea is handmade. Due to the nature of epoxy resin, minor imperfections such as tiny micro-bubbles, slight variations in color, or small differences in floral arrangements may occur. These are not flaws, but rather unique characteristics that make your piece one-of-a-kind. We do not offer refunds or replacements for these natural handmade variations.

2. Custom Orders and Commissions

Custom orders require detailed communication. Once the design and materials (e.g., photos, wedding garlands, specific florals) are finalized and the casting process begins, no further changes can be made. Full payment is required before we begin the preservation and casting process for custom keepsakes.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed in full at the time of checkout. We use secure payment gateways to process all transactions.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product designs, images, text, and logos, is the exclusive property of Craftopeea. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without our explicit written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Craftopeea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Please handle resin products with care as per our Care Guide, as dropping them on hard surfaces may cause damage.
